Nokia 6 was launched recently, marking the company’s jump into the Android Smartphone industry and rebirth of one of the most iconic brands in technology. Today, we have some more details about the pricing of the phone and also abut Nokia’s other plans about Smartphones.
Nokia announced on its Facebook page that the phone is coming to China on February 26 and the phones can be pre-ordered.
The Mobile World Congress is just one day next to February 26, and this is why we can expect that HMD Global (the company that owns Nokia Branding) will be launching some now phones for global markets.
Apart from the launch dates, JD.com, the retail partner for the Nokia 6 phone started registrations for the phone in China where it will be first sold on January 19. The retail price for the phone is CNY 1,699 which is roughly equal to 17,000 Indian Rupees. The sale model will be of the black color however, the company may introduce a silver color variant in the near future.
HMD has also cleared out that the Nokia 6 will be exclusive to China and the company has no plans of selling the phone on the US or other countries.
Nokia 6 is a 5.5″ 1080p phone that is powered by Snapdragon 430 processor and 4 GB of LPDDR3 RAM. Apart from that, the phone has 64 Gb of internal storage and a 16-megapixel rear auto -focus camera.
