On the day when Apple Introduced its Apple Music – an audio streaming service, it said that an app for android platform will also be made available soon.
Looks like Apple has (almost) finished the job. A German website Mobile Geeks seems to have access to beta version of Apple Music app for android version.
From the screenshots it appears that it will function just like the iOS version. Most features such as a For You Tab, My Music, Radio Station Beats 1 and Connect are present in the app.
Now popular in many apps, the hamburger menu is present on the Android version of the appĀ it is the main difference between the iOS version and the android version. In iOS version, the navigation is done using a tab bar rather than the hamburger menu.
Author of the post says that he had problems in signing in with the app but we can hope that this will be fixed when the app will be made available for public. It will also be interesting to see how many android users go with Apple Music when Google Has it one and for all YouTube Red as a product.
