Coolpad Note 5 Lite With 4G VoLTE Support, 3GB RAM Launched at Rs. 8,199

Coolpad Note 5 Lite was launched by Coolpad on Thursday. This smartphone will be a basic version of Coolpad Note 5 that was launched in India last year in September.

The Coolpad Note 5 Lite will go on sale on Amazon India on 21st March. It will be priced at Rs 8199 and will be available in Gold and Grey colors.

 

2017 03 18 09h40 03The Coolpad Note 5 Lite will be dual SIM running on Cool UI 8.0. The smartphone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Coolpad Note 5 Lite features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) 2.5D curved glass IPS display with a pixel density of 294ppi and a 70.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone runs on 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735CP Social. It is equipped with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt memory that will be expandable. The device features OTG connectivity too. The back camera is 13 MP, and the front camera is 5 MP. The connectivity options are as follows: 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB. The Coolpad Note 5 Lite sports a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.

The sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The Coolpad Note 5 Lite sports a 2500 mAh battery.

At the launch event, Coolpad announced that it now has over 380 service centers in India, over 29 states. It also said that it had managed to sell 2 million Coolpad Cool 1 Dual smartphones globally.
