After a great success at the market with Galaxy S8 and S8+, Samsung is preparing for another big launch in mid-august of its new Galaxy Note 8. Meanwhile, some recent leaks have suggested of its dual camera setup.

Rebuilding its market after the faulty battery case in Note 7, Samsung will probably keep a similar launch timeline of Galaxy Note 8 around Apple’s upcoming iPhone 8. As reported by the South Korean publication The Bell, the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 flagship will be launched at the IFA event in September. Another leak about Galaxy Note 8’suggested that it will have two 13-megapixel sensors at the back. The company is said to have been working on three different dual camera modules.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy C10 is already featuring dual camera setup shown in different leaks. We still should wait to manifest the reference of third dual camera setup. By the way, famous KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has previously claimed that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will feature a dual camera setup with a 12-megapixel sensor and a 13-megapixel sensor.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will supposedly be the first smartphone to feature Snapdragon 836 processor as well. It is to arrive with a 6.3-inch Infinity display at an Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box, 6GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. An integrated fingerprint scanner under the display was rumored earlier, but Samsung dropped that out of some security concerns.
