After the success of OnePlus One and OnePlus 3, the Oppo owned company has very high expectations to live up to when it comes to OnePlus 5, the next phone in the series. There have been many leaks in past about the device and a lot has been teased by the company itself, now that the phone will be launching in the next week, let’s take a look at everything that we know about the phone.
Camera And Specifications
For optical abilities, leaks show dual 23-megapixel rear sensors and a 16-megapixel front camera. The processor will be a 2.35GHz octa-core Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage expandable up to 128GB. And for connectivity, 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and GPS will be available.
This listing on GearBest was held by Xiaomi and it confirmed most of the specifications revealed in previous leaks to be the final face of the phone, though the finish or design may vary a little. The successor to OnePlus 3T, this dual-SIM smartphone will run Android 7.1 Nougat out-of-the-box, with 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) and with measures 152.7×74.7×7.0mm and weighs 156 grams.
Pricing
The company did not reveal the price but Amazon has already cleared out that the phone will be Amazon exclusive in India. NDTV India has reported that the price of the phone will be almost Rs. 33,000 for the 6GB RAM version and the higher 8GB RAM version of the phone will come with a price tag of almost Rs. 37,000.
