Moto X 2017 by Lenovo had earlier been leaked in renders and videos. It has now been leaked in Live Images, and it seems as if it will come in a similar design to previous Moto smartphones. However it’s not just the design that has been leaked, several of its specifications have been leaked too.
The images of Moto X were leaked on Google Plus by a user who goes by the name Jerry Gin. They show that Moto X will feature a Moto Z like circular camera hump, but it will have dual rear cameras. It seems as if the smartphone will have an oval fingerprint sensor in the front and front camera will also have flash support. The live image shows the Moto X with a trademark Moto sign at the back with antenna lines too.
The device seems to have an all metal design. However, there are no pogo pins visible that can enable support for Moto Mods. The live image also contained a bootloader screen that gave us a preview of the internal configuration as well.
It shows the device to sport an MSM8953 processor (commonly known as Snapdragon 625) along with 3 GB RAM. It is expected that the device will have 32 GB inbuilt storage. The live image showed the model number of the phone to be XT1801.
Judging by the leaks, we expect the Moto X to be a budget oriented smartphone with a simple enough design. It would be a hard task for the company to gather huge interest from the public in the device.
