BlackBerry Just Launched ‘Motion’ An All Touch Screen Smartphone

Blackberry’s new Motion phone has been leaked many times before. And finally, at the Technology Week conference in Dubai last weekend, the company launched the BlackBerry Motion smartphone. It is a much-hyped phone from Blackberry after its switching to Android. The BlackBerry Motion looks like KEYOne launched earlier this year. It is a mid-range dual-SIM Android 7.1.1 Nougat device with a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display.

The phone looks great actually, DragonTrail Glass protection and a physical home button are added below its display. Snapdragon 625 SoC processor with 4GB of RAM is the powering the Android-running smartphone. There is 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded to 2TB. It has a huge 4000mAh non-removable battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support and a USB Type-C port.

For optics, the phone comes with an a12-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash. It’s recording ability is also acceptable 4K at 30fps. Selfie camera is 8-megapixel front facing unit and there is a fingerprint scanner at the bottom of the phone too.

The smartphone is priced at $460. It will begin selling from its Middle Eastern markets including UAE and Saudi Arabia. Then the world will witness how the once top brand leading ahead with.

BlackBerry Just Launched Aurora, A New Smartphone Running Android 7

Just a few days after BlackBerry launched KeyOne, the company today launched Aurora smartphone in Indonesia, by BB Merah Putih, the company that currently holds the right to manufacture and sell BlackBerry smartphones in the country on Thursday. The partnership between BlackBerry and BB Merah Putih was formed in September last year, and the result of it is BlackBerry Aurora.

BlackBerry Aurora is the first BlackBerry smartphone to be manufactured in Indonesia, and it is also the first BlackBerry smartphone to come with dual sim functionality. The BlackBerry Aurora was made available on March 3 on pre-order and will be available from March 12. It is priced at IDR 3,499,000 (roughly Rs. 17,400).

The BlackBerry Aurora features a 5.5-inch display and runs on Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box. It is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC. The BlackBerry Aurora comes with 4GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The dual sim smartphone has a 13 MP back camera and a 5 MP front camera. The smartphone offers the following connectivity options: 4G LTE connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/ n. The device runs on 3000mAh battery.

TCL has the right to manufacture and sell BlackBerry phones in most of the countries in the world except Asia. Like in Indonesia where BB Merah Putih has that right and whereas in India Optimus Infracom has the license to manufacture and sell BlackBerry smartphones.

KEYone is Probably The Coolest BlackBerry Phone Ever Made (And It’s Not That Expensive)

BlackBerry launched KEYone, its latest Android-powered smartphone, at the MWC. The KEYone comes with a physical keyboard, a once iconic feature. The latest smartphone by Blackberry also comes with several upgrades. The KEYone will be made available at the beginning of April 2017. The KEYone will be priced at $549 ( Rs. 38,600) in the US, GBP 499 ( Rs. 41,400) in the UK, and EUR 599 ( Rs. 42,100) in Europe.

The smartphone was produced by a Chinese manufacturer by the name Mercury, and it is now owned by Blackberry. The physical keyboard is turbocharged. Each key is assigned a shortcut for some app or function and can be used as such.

Some details about the phone had already leaked in the past. The KEYone comes with 4.5-inch touchscreen sporting a 1620 x 1080-pixel resolution and a 3:2 aspect ratio. The smartphone sports a 12 MP back camera and a 8 MP front camera. The KEYone has an aluminum design that incorporates a USB C port at the bottom and headphone jack, a volume rocker, and power key, plus a function key. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 625 octa-core SoC clocked at 2GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM and an Adreno 506 GPU. The internal storage of KEYone will be 32 GB expandable up to 2 TB.

The KEYone will run in Android Nougat 7.0 with several BlackBerry optimizations like BlackBerry Hub. The device supports including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It will run in 3505 mAh battery that will support quick charge 3.0 and another feature called Boost that will speed up charging.

The KEYone is a distinctive device with noteworthy features. Blackberry hasn’t disappointed us with its latest smartphone.

BlackBerry Priv Price And Other Details Are Out

A UK based retailer has disclosed about the price and specifications of the latest android phone -BlackBerry Priv.

Not too ago, CEO of BlackBerry accepted that they are making a Android Phone. Now a UK based retailer has disclosed about the price and specifications of the latest android flagship from BlackBerry.

UK retailer Carpenwarehouse has released all these details on its website. Along with the prices for the website is also letting the customers order the phone.

On spec side, Priv seems to be beefy enough. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC which has a 1.8GHz dual-core and a 1.44 GHz quad-core processor clusters. Supporting the processor is 3 GB of RAM.

On the display department the Blackberry Priv has 5.4″ Real estate area which has 2560 x 1440 resolution. The AMOLED Screen has pixel density of 540PPI which is fairly impressive.

Storage side there is only one choice for users. The phone has 32GB on onboard internal memory and in case of shortage, it is expandable up-to 2TB using a microSD card. (It sounds like a little too much, but this is what the site says)

BlackBerry Priv has a 18MP rear shooter and a 2 mega pixel camera for Video calls.

A Little bit about pricing

Blackberry Priv costs £579.99 ($895) without contract. The phone is also available for a monthly installment of £49 per month.

The phone is a so special because it is the first android phone from BlackBerry and also the sliding QWERTY keypad may appeal to business users.
