With 25 February coming soon, Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus to compete with the iPhone X and Google Pixel 2 XL. We already know a lot about the upcoming flagship thanks to countless leaks over last few months, but recently, the phone was leaked once again showcasing its features and design in a hands-on video.
The first one video which surfaced on Weibo on Wednesday highlights the touch sensitivity of S9’s display. The 10-second long video shows a software keyboard with Chinese characters and the working display of what appears to be the phone’s test phase.
The second one is also from the same source and it shows the minimal bezels around the top and bottom of the display. It looks like the video was shot on a dummy device as the display of the phone is not powered on in this one. This video was published back in the November of 2017.
The Galaxy S9 is said to have 147.6×220.127.116.11mm of dimensions that make it a thicker and wider than the Galaxy S8. This gained thickness of phone could be because of Samsung adding a bigger battery to the phone, something that the company was hesitant to do with Galaxy Note 8 launched last year.
With launch coming close, it will be interesting to see how the phone compares to its competition.
