Dell’s XPS series of Windows laptop has always been one of the best general purpose laptops. Building on last year’s success of XPS13 and XPS15, Dell is making an XPS Laptop that is convertible to a tablet.

Unlike Microsoft Surface Book, the XPS 13 will have a 360-degree hinge that will allow the screen to be rotated. The screen is an infinity display that has appeared on last year’s laptops from the series.

XPS 13 that dell released in 2015 was a commercial success and it was praised by many for its strong battery life and edge to edge display, but now that Microsoft has raised the bar of what an innovative laptop looks like with Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book, Dell is adding some other features to compete with it.

Windows Central first spotted the XPS 13 on Dell’s website. There were no other details about specification or pricing, but the images sure indicate that Dell won’t take away USB 3.0 Ports as Apple did with its MacBook Pro 2016.

We can also expect dual core Kaby Lake processors and a similar amount of RAM current XPS 13 from Dell.

Speaking of XPS, the company is also ready to launch the XPS 15 refresh which will feature a quad-core Intel Kaby Lake processor and Nvidia GTX 1050 with 4 GB of Video Buffer to give Dell some heavy ground in Laptop wars.

Considering the Laptop has been on the site, the company should showcase the laptop at CES 2017.
